I tried the new rev(verified the old one was de-installed, and that new
dates of 4/11/13 were present on some files). I am now getting instances
where I try to connect and then get nothing back, no error, but also no
visible progress. In these cases, it doesn't seem to time out. As soon as
I unplug the USB, then I get the same connection error message that I
mentioned last time.

I did some more poking around, and the behavior is a little less random.

The following cases are all with connecting via USB and doing "Configure
Altimeter", selecting the device, and then monitoring to see if the
"Configure Telemetrum" dialog box appears:
-If I can connect once, I typically can then sucessfully connect another 3-4
times just by hitting "Configure Altimeter", selecting the device, and then
cancelling when the "Configure Telmetrum" dialog box comes up.
-Doing a reboot of the altimeter from the "Configure Telemetrum" dialog box
seems to be a great way to induce the connection problem.
-Once I have the connection problem, disconnecting the USB and replugging it
in seems to fix it (at least I have a pretty good work around!).

Thanks!
-Todd.
