Clay and Tim -- awesome debugging guys. I've never heard of a switch
failure like that, and I also use the 110/220 rotary switches quite
often. Definitely will be testing things more completely in the future.

And, I'll remember this for future when people have trouble like this.

For those with TeleMetrum v2.0, TeleMega or EasyMini boards, you can
actually test the system with a dead short across the igniter
terminals. If it survives that (and also lights an LED or other simpler
test), it'll definitely fire an igniter. The new boards all have a
"failsafe" firing circuit which is designed to prevent any igniter
issues from causing power problems for the rest of the board.
