Sorry to hear that! I just stumbled over this (unread) message in my inbox. Not sure why I didn't see it when it was first posted? Please let me know the serial number of your TeleBT. We had a production run that had problems due to getting flakey chips from TI, and if your unit is in that range we'll be happy to swap the circuit board in it at no charge. I suspect that's the root cause of your problems and if so, it's an easy thing for us to fix for you! Regards, Bdale
