I have been able to trigger altimeters by using a vacuum cleaner held against one of the vent holes (and plugging the others).

available? My initial idea was to carry the repaired telemega inside another
rocket payload bay to test it but maybe you have a better procedure?
That will certainly be better than almost anything you can do on the ground...
