To all that David has already said on the subject, I would just add a
reason why level 0 is to be preferred from all other levels: imagine you
have to restore and you have a level, say, 3. Then you need to restore
first from level 0, then from levels 1, 2 and 3, in that order. This
makes the process time consuming and error-prone. If your disk crashes,
the least thing you need is swapping tapes in and out :-)

No, it looks O.K. The next level 0 was certainly not due in 6 days from
Dec. 2nd, rather in 82 days, which is what it says ("The deadline to do
a level 0 is in 82 days from now, but, since I have the space and it
doen't hurt, I will do one now"). By the way: this is a home directory,
you will not want to do a full backup of it only every 82 days, will you
;-)
