A-ha. I missed this the first time I looked. One of your dumps
died mid-stream. Ordinarily this wouldn't affect the others, but
if you're not using a holding disk and are dumping straight to
tape, and if the error is with the tape device, then amanda has
no choice but to give up and quit. If you have a (big enough)
holding disk then the dumps can continue to accumulate there and
you can flush them to tape after solving the problem with the
tape device. I'm not certain this is the problem, since I don't
know your setup, but it looks possible.
