New amanda user

Hello,
I'm looking for help in getting amanda configured. I'm lost with all the config files that I don't know what to edit.
This is what I have:
PC Running Linux RH7.3
1 HP Optical SureStore 1200EX juke box
10 Optical RW drives
238 pieces of media each holds 5.2GB

I have mtx working and it looks like it sees the juke box and can talk with it. I'm not looking at amanda to do regular backups but rather just periodic archives of certain files/directories.
So just looking to see if anyone has configured a optical juke box to work with Amanda.
