I have just prepared a draft of amanda 3.4.5 for Debian. This is the result of my work for a future amanda 3.4.5 in Debian experimental. Debian testing is in freeze, so no longer possible to prepare new package versions for testing/unstable.
You can download a tar file from: http://blog.calhariz.com/public/sft/amanda/amanda-3.4.5-1_rc1_bpo8_1.tar The tar file contains the package source for anyone to recompile, the i386 and x86_64/amd64 packages for jessie.
