But don't limit yourself to that frequency. Two or three guys, who can't hear each other all calling CQ on the same frequency, doesn't work. I generally call CQ on AM around 50.39 or 50.395, and end it with, "tuning around for a call"(for those that might be rock bound). Lots of empty space above 50.3 for AM (actually lots of space above 50.2 when the band isn't open).
