Hi,
I might be mistaken but I think this is an easy one. We already have a
radio-button choice to choose between "sort by:" status, group, hybrid,
right ? Put in there "amount of conversations" (this is not the right
wording in english but I can't come up with a better one).
Afterwards you should make sure you can also sort this backwards so the
ascending/descending choice radio buttons still work.
