I think you need to look at your analog.h file and set the directories where
analog is. I added these lines:

#define HTTPDIR "/etc/httpd/"
#define ANALOGDIR HTTPDIR"analog3.11/"

It looks to me like you have left this to the incorrect default for your
location since I doubt your analog directory is /usr/local/etc/httpd/analog/
but is probably /etc/httpd/analog or something like that.

If you edit the analog.h file then run make again and you'll be going.
