Thanks for all the help I received. Finally figured out that my hosting
service was running an older version of Analog that didn't support the
LOGTIMEOFFSET option. They have a newer version in place and after selecting
it I am still having some problems adjusting the log times to my local time.

The option LOGTIMEOFFSET does seem to work but I'm wondering if it actually
rolls over days probably? As an example, the last entry in my log has a
host timestamp of [03/APR/1999:17:42:28 -0500] . I have a LOGTIMEOFFSET of
+900 to convert from Pittsburg PA (-5UTC) to Sydney Australia (+10UTC) 15
hours difference. Yet the last day shown in the generated report is 02
April. I would have expected it to be 04 April as the above time converted
to 15 hours ahead would roll it over to the 4th of April.

I might point out that I tested with and without the offset and without it
the last date shown was 01 April so setting the offset did move the date
forward but why is it off by a full day?

I'd really like to get this set properly if anyone has the time to help.

TIA.
