This is essentially the cross-reference issue covered in the FAQ. YOu cannot
do this in one pass. However, if you were to create a report for each virtual
domain, you could do it one at a time. e.g.
site1.cfg
VHOSTINCLUDE site1
REFEXCLUDE http://www.site1.com/*
site2.cfg
VHOSTINCLUDE site2
REFEXCLUDE http://www.site2.com/*
...
This of course, assumes you have a VHOST field (%v in a custom logformat) in
your logfiles. If not, you may have trouble distinguishing which requests are
from which hosts.
