Thank you. I do have DNS lookups enabled, but 192.168.0.2 does not resolve,
so I added these two lines:
HOSTALIAS 192.160.0.2 www.foo.org
HOSTEXCLUDE www.foo.org
This results in identical results; that is, all entries from my own local
net are still being included in reports.
Any other suggestions?

EXCLUDEs apply to the aliased name. So if you have a HOSTALIAS or are doing
DNS lookups, you will have to use the resultant name for the EXCLUDE.
