When I download the logfiles from my server they are converted into a word text document (with no .log extension). Is that maybe why I can't get a report generated? And what should I do about it? this is the logfile info: LOGFILE *.log (they are downloaded right to the desktop # LOGFILE C:\desktop\kwood.log.* (is this line necessary? -)
I'm still trying between bits and pieces of time to get this configured.
