You must have a VHOSTINCLUDE or VHOSTEXCLUDE line somewhere in your
config that is removing all lines for which %v is defined.

Otherwise, if you meant %v on the LOGFILE line, then check your
FILEINCLUDE and FILEEXCLUDE statements and make sure they don't start
with '/' when the file names are going to start with 'http://' after
applying %v.

   You are a genius!  I had changed the SUBDIR command
but hadn't changed the *CLUDE commands.  They all began
with "/" rather than "http://";.  I don't know how I missed that.
Anyway, if you ever plan to visit Lafayette, Louisiana (known
for festivals and delicious Cajun food), send e-mail in advance.
My wife and I would be glad to give you a tour of some local
attractions and prepare a traditional meal for you.
