If 90% of your visitors are using IE/Windows you can decide to target
those and use OS and/or browser-specific "features" to "enrich"
visitors' "experience". That would fsck over the remaining 10% of your
users but if they have enough clue to not use mickeyshaft they're
probably capable of finding the same product/service elsewhere.
