OK. (my name is just "Per").

Does anyone maintain a wishlist? I have a couple of improvements that
I'm using with the XML output, but I haven't done any work on preparing
it for public consumption.

Aengus, who is wasting time here? The list is hardly busy, the project
hasn't had a new release in 3-4 years, there is no developer nor a
developer-community. The traffic on this list revolves around helping
newbies decrypt the analog documentation (which could do with a new
coat of paint). Nothing wrong in that, but why hasn't someone thought
to pick it up and rewrite the docu to make it clearer/more
accessible/whatever?

analog does a really good job, but it's not exactly going anywhere.
