There are several engineers that I know that work on military projects
that would be interested in helping develop a JAUS Universal Remote
Control for Google Android.

Are their any persons who would be interested in writing the code for
Android to create the JAUS compliant Universal Remote Control
software?

JAUS was developed for the military to provide a universal remote
control for all future military robotics. JAUS is an open
architecture and it can be found at

http://www.jauswg.org

So strong is the architecture that the US Government has mandated that
all "Future Combat Systems" robotic equipment shall be JAUS compliant.

Obviously there is a requirement for 128-bit encryption.

JAUS is NOT a system or software specific protocol, it can be
implemented on virtually any OS or electronic hardware configuration.
The data packets are configured so that it conforms to any electronic
port, whether that be USB, WiFi, infrared, bluetooth, ethernet, serial
port, parallel port, fire wire, cell phone, ... Plug a JAUS compliant
controller into any port configured with JAUS compliant software, and
you instantly have a display and controller configuration to match the
device you are attempting to control.

The cell phone would automatically reconfigure its display if trying
to remote control a Sony TV, or as easily, remote control a military
robotic stretcher (prototypes already exist), or remote control a
track hoe (excavator) (already exists).

By making Google Android possess a secure UNIVERSAL REMOTE CONTROL,
every Android compliant cell phone could be used to operate everything
from your home security system, the TV, every household appliance,
start your car, operate heavy equipment (Caterpillar already has JAUS
operated equipment), robots, lawnmowers, ....

Can you imagine what hardware products will become available if a
Universal Remote Control becomes available?

If you have the talent to write Android compliant code and have an
interest in developing a JAUS compliant Universal Remote Control,
write to me at [EMAIL PROTECTED]

I will field your interests and skill set, then refer a team of five
persons to correspond with my contacts in the military defense
contractor world. Those individuals will NOT be contacting you as
military representatives, they will be contacting you as scientists,
researchers, and engineers.

It is important that you maintain written agreements with these
individuals that the final product will be an open architecture to be
used on Android by the public. Some defense contractors may attempt
to steal and patent your work, dispite the related engineers efforts,
so you should attempt to maintain an open archetecture for public use
on Android; publishing all content as you develop the code. If you
would like an example of such a written contract you can contact me at
my email address.
