I think this is a totally different situation. What you mentioned is
too huge. Implementing it in this way may not be as easy as what
you've already done with mobile-PC data transfer. If it was, software
like Photoshop would be implemented in this way much earilier than
android appeared because what you mentioned is not specifically for
mobile device but more suitable for PC.

I am just commenting as if this was done by me, what kind of problem I
will face. Hope my comment can shed some light on you and wish this
concept finished.
