Yeah, writing a utility like this from scratch is a  lot of work.
However, I once was courageous (or dumb) enough to write a utility to
convert C code to Java (just for the fun of it) and I will be able to
reuse all of that code for the Java to Objective-C utility. In fact,
most of the code needed is already written so I'm pretty much almost
done.

I've been seriously considering to share this utility with the Java
community (only the binaries though, not the source code) but getting
it to the point that other developers could use it and writing
documentation for it is several extra weeks (or months) worth of work.
I see no reason why I should do it for no compensation. If I ever
release it I might decide to let developers use it for free only for
non-commerical projects. Commercial projects would have to pay.
Anyway, we'll see, this is not a priority at this point.
