Kevin, I think the feedback would be you made it too difficult to get up and running. You didn't catch their attention within 30 seconds. I don't think you need the judges feedback to come away with this conclusion.
This was an area our team spent a lot of time thinking about. We are a bit hush hush about our strategy, but email me and I can tell you how we addressed the issue.
