There *were* occasional glitches in the market.  Now they're
continuous.

My customers can't download the app and they've been trying for a week
and nothing we've tried from either end helps.

They've been trying for a week.

Tried that.  Haven't heard back from the user yet.  I'll post an
update as soon as I have info.
