On the Android Market, for better or worse (usually worse).

What community reviews? Do you mean sites that just aggregate the market
comments?

I put messages in the app itself stressing that people need to email me to
get help. I also respond to user comments in the app itself. Not much more
you can do.

Same frustration in every developer's experience, I think.

If you give users an alternative outlet from the Market that's easier to get
to, it's likely they'll use it more. You'll still get 1-star comments from
self-entitled duck-wads, but that's life.

Also a good idea.
