Having no option to see comments in language other than your own is
just one of the many boneheaded decisions made by the Android Market
team.  The fact is that most comments are in English even if the
writer is in a different country is besides the point -- they are not
visible on devices which are not set to English.

So in your case, you may have 999 5-star reviews in English, and 1 1-
star review in German, but that's all the German user will see.

Who and how these decisions are made are a mystery.
