I don't want the recovery of the key. I want the recovery of the situation.
There may always be a mistake. You can not make me lose thousands of customers for a key. I'm not saying there should be a simple procedure. But there must be a way to release an update of my application, including posting the documents of identity. I can also create a new application the same as the old, but there must be a way to not to charge those who have already purchased the application.
