Curiously, I once saw a 'Other, describe below' with empty description, which an hour later or so, suddenly had a description added: "Message sent to customer: Order canceled due to internal error in Market." 'internal error' is also rather vague, but: At least you then know it is not an error on the customer's side, unlikely to be at developer's side, and probably is something at google's side. Today, the cancelation rate is way down for me. Not sure if it is related to the fact that I sent a report to google, or just coincidence.
