Some of the 'phone numbers are most likely valid support numbers entered by developers to offer users support.
Can you suggest a method for Google to use to distinguish between those people who checked the application profile and entered a number they wanted to be used and those who uploaded their app, published it, didn't check the details, and hence have their number on show?
