Yeah, so as it turns out we don't allow you to purchase from yourself. This is not allowed by Checkout and I think there would be a number of issues if this was allowed. The Checkout help center would probably be the right place to look for more information on this.
To the original poster, did you change forward-locking status of this app at all?
