I'm not sure why subversion would impact it, but that's not impossible. I've done a lot of link/unlink of library projects when we develop it and never had a problem. I just tried it at home and it failed to link it correctly (but restarting eclipse made it work). I guess I'm going to have to go back to it and see what's up.
