Hello, I've been working on something similar to what you mentioned. I'm still setting it up, but you are welcome to come by and check it out, in fact I hope you will because I'd like a few more eyeballs to give me some input. The point of the site is aggregate recources by community type (community, portal, start up, blog, etc) as well as share code/techniques or have a jump off point available for you to find what you need. I'm adding a wiki this weekend as well.
