If things are set up like Youtube that may be an indication of
popularity. Once people see what's possible with Android, all the
amazing things that can be done, especially with My App(codenamed
"Bird"), then they'll jump on board as if it's heavy duty Applets.
Even before they become easier to create. The whole thing will look
easy, small screen, youtube like App Market, etc. Hence, the loss of
Standards.
