Oh Mark this is definetly a great idea. During my work with the Android plattform it was sometimes a pain to find out several since. Often because of a lacking documentation and it would have been more easy if there had been a good community site. I also thought about building up such a site. On the one hand for collecting useful pieces of code (some collection of useful things from the groups here) and on the other hand for sharing intent actions like "openintents.org" is trying to do that and sharing custom widgets. I would prefer a wiki style for that since it is well arranged.
