Autism is a pretty broadly defined thing. Your first paragraph helps
narrow it a lot.

You're looking at improving the outbound communication success rate.

Multi-player games with a leading visual component might be a good
avenue. The audio, or rather verbal, component could be added to that
framework as the player progressed.

A big part of success here will be engaging the listener...
