[Note : I'm going to answer this on this list because this isn't a
technical development issue. I've posted to -developers saying this post
is here.]

First off; I'm not going to apologise for pointing out the similarities
between your business model and that of well recognized scams.

As yourself this question; If you only accept people who you have
confidence in their skills, why do you need to charge them (pre or post
audition)?

The only answer I can see is that your accepting people who you don't
think will earn enough to pay your overheads related to them and you're
in the business of scamming them for a sign up fee knowing that they may
never generate any cash.

There are many clubs, groups, and organisations that work extremely well
without charging 200 dollars just to be a part of it, and there is also
the legal and financial issues associated with being the owner of an
LLC, are you warning your potential talent of those?

There are plenty of websites offering forums where developers can gather
to discuss projects, collaborate, and, if necessary form their company
focused on their projects paying them directly from their skills (look
at the forums section of androidcommunity.com and anddev.org to see what
I mean), and there are numerous sites dedicated to distributing the
latest information about android and various projects (androidguys.com
for example), so why would people pay you money, take the risks of being
a part-owner of an LLC, just to take a chance about possibly being
involved in projects that can be organised via these freely operated
websites already?

Now you may be misguided, you may honestly think you're doing the right
think, but trust me, after a couple of decades involved in the software
development industry, I can tell you you need to take a good hard look
at what you're doing.
