Thanks for the info.  I've never been involved in an actual Co-op, so
I don't know how they work... but I do know the LLC rules and intend
to use them to make it as fair for everyone involved as possible.

Now that I've explained the idea a bit more, does it sound more
reasonable to you?  Are there any other glaring issues I can clarify?
Please be aware that I intend to provide the deep-dive details to the
people that actually indicate interest in moving forward with the
project...
