kirill, I would guess that your Internet package is the culprit, but I don't know.
If you have access to a wireless network, let the G1 connect to it, and disable wireless on your PC (also make sure that any network cables are unplugged). Tetherbot should allow the G1 to give your PC an internet connection through the wireless. This would tell you if the internet package your purchased is the problem.
