Order date: Sunday, December 7 Shipment date: Wednesday, December 10 Received date: Friday, December 12 Service: UPS STANDARD Actual weight: 1.70 Lbs Shipping (billable) weight: 5 Lbs / 2 kg Shipping box: UPS Express Box - Large (size: 18" x 13" x 3") Since there is no breakdown of the "shipping" cost, I can only guesstimate: retail 2-day shipping price US $80, import taxes US $55, customs brokerage $0 (included in shipping price). So approximately US $130 went to Brightstar for "handling" fees, and I assume they also take a profit cut from the US$ 399 listed price. I did not receive a shipping notice / tracking number. I called and emailed Brightstar several times last week to confirm the order, but was not able to reach anyone.
