That's usually a sign that the driver thinks the SD card file system
is corrupt. This can happen if you fail to unmount the SD card
correctly - for example after hooking it up to a computer and copying
files to it.

It's also possible that the SD card driver is just having difficulty
with that specific SD card design. We are continuing to improve the SD
card drivers and fixes are periodically rolled out in OTA's.
