Guys, Format the SD card(no quick format, do a full format)
Whenever you want to use the camera DONT MOUNT THE SD CARD. once you mount it it becomes a usb drive & u cant store images on the card from the camera. So for camera do not mount the card. If already mounted, u can try unmounting it in --Menu--> Settings--- >SD card & phone storage ---> unmount/eject SD card if it doesnot help, restart the phone.
