So you can sell an application on the Market and other sites, but as
soon as you put a trial version on the market, you must stop
publishing the full application on any other site ?

And what are the criteria to determine the paid version it is the same
application ? If there is a trial app with no full features, and a
full charged version, when can they be considered as different
applications (so technically it is not anymore an upsell option) ?
(they can even have different names, visual themes, features,....)

And also... if the Market tries to limit publishing to its sole
benefit, at least allow access from any medium ! (for now only G1 can
connect... how will I access such applications from my Freerunner ?)
