I fear that the payment options, the lack thereof, is a huge factor in the low sales. I would gladly pay a few more percentage points of my revenue if customers could be billed through the phonebill. I would love to see a pay-pal payment option as well. I don't mind if the i, as the developer, can only use google-checkout, but the customers should have more options.
If this won't change, i hope other android markets run by cellphone providers will open up.
