I have it on other markets (Handango, MobiHand) since before the opening of paid apps on Android Market: On Handango i have less than 1/10th of the sales that i get on Android Market and on MobiHand i've sold 0.
People just don't buy from other markets, it seems. It discourages me to look at other markets.
