One of the major selling points for MySQL in relation to Oracle was the support costs to enterprises, around 10% of Oracles support prices.
Consider that an Oracle Enterprise license costs $47,500 per CPU (or per core per CPU) and MySQLs is around $4,000. Will be interesting to see where the pricing goes.
