The amount of effort required to create game is enormous. A game like UT would be way too large in file size (mostly because of the textures) and probably too much for the CPU to handle as well. There are a few ways around the file size issue - like downloading files when the app is first run and putting them on the SD card. When all is said and done though it mainly just requires a massive amount of work.
