That is not quite right. Android Market shows approximate price in
buyer's currency.

I agree the best experience would have been if the developers could
list item in Buyer's currency so that the buyer sees a familiar price
tag (9.99 instead of 9.26) and wouldn't have to pay forex conversion
charges.

As has been covered in other threads, this card is a domestic card
meant to be used only for domestic GBP transactions and is
specifically disallowed for online purchases in foreign currencies.
This is not a issue where Google arbitrarily limited this capability.

That too has been covered by other threads and it seemed to me that
the conclusion was that $3 was actually a fairly small amount compared
to other systems.
