1) Can't answer that without you giving specific needs.
2) Delete vending.apk, there is a system parameter to enable/disable
installation of apps from non-market sources -- just rebuild the
interface to leave out this option and have it in a "disabled" state.
3) If you ignore your microshaft nonsense, you already have this
function -- note: calendar and todo are the same thing.
4) Be patient and/or contribute to sipdroid.
