FYI the only people on that list who don't have access ot the google market is people outside supported countries. Dev phone owners can see paid apps (but not protected, and that includes some free apps like paypal) and most custom builds these days can see all apps for their country.
That said, thanks for offering your products elsewhere :) its very annoying to be unable to get apps when market is messed up (or when I'm testing something and I don't want my market data broken). More vendors should do that, both paid and free. (What is really surprising is people like twidroid, who offer it free but refuse to use alternative markets - andappstore, slideme, etc. Not selfhosting is one thing, but limiting yourself to google's market just seems weird and unnecessary to me.)
