Not sure who you're referring to as a "private store", but at AndAppStore you 
get passed over to PayPal to make a payment and it goes straight to the 
developer, so we never see any sensitive data.

fyi, i have a off the shelf htc g1 dream and im in canada on the
rogers network. i have not been able to buy apps because i can't find
anywhere to do on the google store and all the private stores look
like half assed scams.
