IB, what gives? Got up on the wrong leg this morning?
If a legit customer with legit funds cannot spend his or her money in
a store due to red tape or for other undisclosed reason ... it's the
store's problem. Nothing new here, this is going around for months
now.

Has anybody heard this is going to improve?
